What is included in the price?
The price you see includes the rental, taxes and every mandatory fee, such as airport, one-way or young driver fees. Each offer shows the mileage and fuel policy, the deposit and the excess. Optional extras like child seats are paid at the desk.
What do I need to pick up the car?
The main driver needs a valid driving licence, a passport or ID card and a credit card in their own name for the deposit. Bring your voucher too, printed or on your phone.
Can I pay the deposit with a debit card?
It depends on the rental company. Most ask for a credit card in the main driver's name. If a company accepts debit cards, the offer says so.
What are the deposit and the excess?
The deposit is an amount the rental company blocks on your card at pick-up and releases when you return the car in good order. The excess is the most you would pay if the car is damaged or stolen. Both are shown on every offer before you book.
How do I cancel?
Open Manage booking with your reference and email and press Cancel booking. Within the free cancellation period shown on your offer you get a full refund to the card you paid with. After it, the page shows the fee before you confirm.
